Print Final Images to Output Device

When you have completed your image and are ready to print you have to decide how and where to do this. If you are lucky enough to work where there is a high end color copier then you can print from there. We use a fiery system that will break the color down to RGB or CYMK colors. You have to be careful in this process however. The color you see on your screen may not be the color you see when you print out. You can adjust your monitor with software to calibrate your machine to the exact color of the printer so you get the output you desire. If you are sending your image to a printing company then you need to package it to send to them with the image and color coding we will call it. They call this a profile with the image and DPI for printing. You will create a package profile with all the links that you have used zipped together with the font etc. If you don’t do this then you will need to send all these items in a folder together. The result of not packaging this together then results that the color, font, size etc. will not be done correctly. This will include bleed marks(if you want the color to run to the end of the page) crop marks should always be used so they know the section of the image.
